IB Student Blog!

Welcome to the IB student blog!

This is a student led blog that takes you through our experiences as the very few IB students in Ireland.

Villiers School

In case you aren't familiar with our school yet, we are located in a small city, Limerick, on the island of Ireland. Over 200 years ago, Hannah Villiers founded this school as one of the Villiers Charitable Institutions. Today, Jill Storey is the headmistress and she coordinates everything what's happening on the campus. Next to the typical Leaving Cert, Villiers also offers the IB programme. This blog is from IB students to everyone who is interested in what we experience!

Our TEAM BUILDING trip

At the beginning of the year, IB1s and IB2s went on a trip to Glendalough together. We visited Powerscourt waterfall, Glendalough monastery, Avondale and Kilmainham jail. We also had to take care of all our meals collaboratively other than a nice dinner out organised by IB coordinators, Mr. Hanna and Mr. White.
