Dark Chocolate Brownie Recipe. Thick, dense and spongy. DELICIOUS.
I made the brownies at Villiers School for a group of Argentinian people that came to visit and they loved them so I´m going to share this amazing recipe with you.
How to Make Brownies.
Ingredients:
For the mix:
- 2X DUNNES STORES BAKING MIXES CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIE MIX 400G
- 400g BUTTER
- 6 EGGS
For the baking:
- PARCHMENT PAPER
- OVEN TRAY
Process:
3. Add the baking mix from the box slowly and mix while you pour it.

4. Add some butter to the oven tray and put the parchment paper covering it. The butter will help the parchment paper not to move.

5. Pour the mix in the tray with the parchment and extend it so every zone has the same thickness.

6. Leave it in the oven for 45 minutes approximately.

7. Take the brownies out the oven and let them cold down.

8. After 30 mins, you can cut them into squares and place them in a plate.

9. (optional) You can add some powder sugar on top to decorate them.
- 10. And done, now you can enjoy the same brownies me and Villiers enjoyed.
